PHYSIS was founded in 2015, after many years of research, by a team of scientists and investors specialising in geotechnical geology, forestry and environmentalism, and economics.
Our purpose is to build the conditions and the mechanisms to search for, select, package and promote natural wild herbs from the Greek nature — of exclusively high quality. The company is built on three foundations.

Our collectors name a herb not only by its species but by the exact place it was gathered — “oregano from the Black Bald peak,” “tea from Marossa mountain.” Each slope yields a different quality, and that precision is what sets the finest herbs apart.
